Amine (Protected) PEGs

The Amine (Protected) PEGs collection from Polysciences features PEG molecules terminated with amine groups that carry removable protecting groups (for example BOC or Fmoc) at one end, and a reactive function at the other. These derivatives allow controlled deprotection to reveal a primary amine at a precise stage, enabling stepwise conjugation, protein/peptide functionalisation, hydrogel formation and surface-modification with minimal undesired side-reactions.
