ConA & WGA Magnetic
Polysciences’ ConA & WGA Magnetic collection features affinity-ligand magnetic microparticles coated with the plant lectins Concanavalin A (ConA) and Wheat Germ Agglutinin (WGA). These lectins specifically bind to mannose/glucose (ConA) or N-acetylglucosamine (WGA) residues on glycoproteins, cells or cell surfaces, enabling efficient capture, enrichment and separation workflows in glycobiology, cell activation, immunology and glycoprotein research. The magnetic particle format ensures rapid handling, high surface area and ease of use in immuno-separation and glycan-mediated assays.
