Fluorescent Protein A & Protein G Microspheres
Polysciences offers Protein A & Protein G microspheres consisting of polystyrene beads covalently coupled to Protein A or Protein G. They are available in fluorescent YG, blue-dyed, and non-fluorescent formats, and will bind the Fc portion of antibodies from most mammals. Applications include detecting trace antigen, immunodepletion, and preparing antibody-based assays.
