Grids - Hexagonal Mesh
Polysciences’ Grids – Hexagonal Mesh collection includes transmission-electron-microscopy (TEM) specimen grids manufactured with a 3.05 mm diameter and a hexagonal mesh pattern for optimised open area, support stability and imaging clarity. Standard models include 400 mesh grids with an open area of ~62 % and a bar width of ~25 µm. Thin-bar high-definition variants such as the 200 mesh type offer an open area of ~125 % and a bar width of ~12 µm, enhancing visibility and supporting finer specimens.
