Hydrazine PEGs
Polysciences’ Hydrazine PEGs collection offers a suite of polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivatives terminated with a hydrazine (–NH–NH₂) or Boc-protected hydrazine functional group. These reagents enable selective hydrazone or Schiff-base formation with aldehydes/ketones, supporting bioconjugation workflows, controlled drug release systems, nanoparticle surface modification and hydrogel cross-linking. Typical formats include hydroxyl-PEG-Boc-hydrazine (Mw ≈ 3000) and thiol-PEG-Boc-hydrazine (Mw ≈ 10000).
