N-Hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) PEGs
Polysciences’ NHS-PEGs are polyethylene glycol derivatives functionalized with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester groups (at one or both ends), enabling rapid, stable amide bond formation with primary amines in proteins, peptides, or material surfaces. These activated PEGs are available in structures such as PEG di(NHS), methoxy PEG NHS, Boc-Amine PEG NHS, and biotin-PEG-NHS, across multiple molecular weights, making them suited for crosslinking, PEGylation, labeling, and surface modification applications.
