Polycaprolactone & Polyethylene Glycol Diblock Polymers

Polysciences’ PCL (polycaprolactone) & PEG (polyethylene glycol) diblock polymers are amphiphilic biodegradable block copolymers. Products include PCL-b-PEG polymers with different block sizes (e.g. 5,000-5,000 PCL-PEG, 10,000-1,500 etc.), enabling controlled degradation, good physiological compatibility, and the ability to self-assemble into polymersomes / micelles for delivery of active compounds.
