Polysciences’ Polylactic Acid & Polyethylene Glycol triblock polymers (PLA-PEG-PLA) are biodegradable amphiphilic copolymers composed of hydrophobic PLA end-blocks and a hydrophilic PEG mid-block, designed to balance mechanical strength, solubility, and controlled degradation. These polymers are ideal for biomedical and pharmaceutical applications including drug delivery, tissue engineering scaffolds, hydrogel and injectable systems, and surface coatings.
