Polysciences’ Protein A & Protein G Magnetic Microspheres are magnetic polymer-based beads functionalized with high-binding Protein A or Protein G ligands, designed for capturing antibodies via their Fc regions with high specificity and low non-specific binding. These beads come in multiple sizes (e.g. 3 µm) with hydrophilic surfaces to reduce background, and are optimized for magnetic separations, immunocapture, purification workflows, or diagnostic assay development.
