Thiol PEGs
Polysciences’ Thiol PEGs collection includes PEG derivatives functionalized with thiol (–SH) groups, such as methoxy-PEG thiol (mPEG-SH), thiol-PEG carboxylic acid (HS-PEG-COOH), thiol-PEG amine (HS-PEG-NH₂), and hydroxyl PEG tritylthiol. These thiol-terminated PEGs enable covalent conjugation via thiol-maleimide, disulfide linkages, and thiol-ene reactions, making them ideal for nanoparticle surface modification, bioconjugation, and hydrogel crosslinking.
