Yellow Green (YG) Carboxylate Microspheres

Polysciences’ Yellow-Green (YG) Carboxylate Microspheres are monodisperse polystyrene beads, with surface carboxyl groups for covalent coupling and bright yellow-green fluorescence (excitation ~441 nm, emission ~486 nm). These microspheres come in multiple nominal diameters (e.g. 0.05, 0.20, 0.50, 1.00 µm), packaged as ~2.5% aqueous suspensions with low coefficient of variation, suitable for flow cytometry, imaging, phagocytosis tracking, calibration kits and diagnostic assays.
