Streptavidin Microspheres

Polysciences’ Streptavidin Microspheres collection includes polymer, fluorescent (YG), and superparamagnetic 1, 2, and 6 µm beads, all supplied as aqueous suspensions with high streptavidin binding capacity. These beads feature nearly irreversible streptavidin-biotin binding (Ka ≈ 10¹⁵ M⁻¹), low nonspecific binding (in hydrophilic or surfactant-free formats), and are optimized for rapid separations, affinity isolations, and assay development.
