Polyaniline, Emeraldine form (undoped)

Polyaniline (PANI) in its emeraldine base form is a conjugated polymer with tunable electrical conductivity. It contains alternating oxidized (quinonoid) and reduced (benzenoid) units, allowing for protonation and doping to achieve high conductivity. The undoped form is typically insulating but can be converted into a conductive state through acid doping.
Undoped. Conductivity 10^-10 S/cm.
