Poly(ethylene oxide-b-propylene oxide) (PEO-PPO) is an amphiphilic block copolymer composed of hydrophilic polyethylene oxide (PEO) and hydrophobic polypropylene oxide (PPO) segments. The ratio of 0.15:1 indicates a higher proportion of PPO, which imparts thermoresponsive behavior and surfactant properties. This polymer self-assembles in aqueous solutions to form micelles and exhibits phase transitions based on temperature and concentration. Chains are hydroxyl terminated.
