Product Description

TDMAC (Tridodecylmethylammonium chloride) is a quaternary ammonium compound with strong surfactant properties used in chloride-selective solvent polymeric membrane electrodes. Also used in the production of TDMAC-heparin which is used as an antithrombogenic coating for catheters and tubing.

Applications:

Phase Transfer Catalysis: Enhances solubility and reaction efficiency in organic synthesis.

Antimicrobial Coatings: Used as a biocidal agent in coatings and disinfectants.

Ion Exchange Resins: Functions as a phase transfer agent in ion exchange applications.
