Amine PEG Alkyne (NH₂-PEG-Alkyne) is a bifunctional PEG derivative featuring a terminal alkyne (-C≡CH) and a primary amine (-NH₂) group, making it highly reactive for click chemistry and amide bond formation. The alkyne moiety enables copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC), while the amine group allows protein conjugation, hydrogel crosslinking, and polymer modification.
