Amine PEG BOC-Amine (BOC-NH-PEG-NH₂) is a bifunctional polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivative containing a protected amine (-BOC) and a free amine (-NH₂) terminal groups. The tert-butyloxycarbonyl (BOC) group protects the amine functionality, allowing for selective deprotection under mild acidic conditions to reveal a reactive amine for further modifications.
