Boc-Amine PEG NHS is a bifunctional PEG reagent with a Boc-protected amine at one end and an NHS ester at the other. The NHS group allows rapid conjugation to amine-containing biomolecules, while the Boc-protected end can be selectively deprotected under acidic conditions to expose a primary amine for further modification.
