Contrad® NF

CONTRAD® NF is a non-foaming highly concentrated LIQUID detergent for use in any automatic labware washing machine that dispenses liquids. Phosphate-free and chlorine-free so ideal for environmental lab use and tissue culture work. It is particularly recommended for high-quality glassware cleaning where total rinsability and residue-free results are vital. As such, it lends itself to specialized industrial cleaning processes €“ biotechnology glassware, sample collection bottles, EPA glassware, pharmaceuticals and food packaging, etc. Most dishwashers have a preset surfactant dispensing facility and CONTRAD® NF should be used according to machine makers recommendation. Water supply to the machine is critical! Hard water may leave salt deposits on repeatedly cleaned surfaces. Low pressure supplies will provide inadequate rinsing. High pressure/high flow-rate deionized water supply will maximize cleaning quality, and rinse consistency. CONTRAD® NF is highly alkaline and should be treated as corrosive. Wear protective clothing, eye and skin protection when handling. Because of it's high alkalinity, contact with non-ferrous metals should be avoided.
