NHS PEG Alkyne (NHS-PEG-Alkyne) is a bifunctional PEG reagent containing an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester and a terminal alkyne (-C≡CH). The NHS group reacts with primary amines, forming stable amide bonds, while the alkyne moiety enables CuAAC click reactions with azide-functionalized biomolecules.
