Product Description

PEG Di(OPSS) (OPSS-PEG-OPSS) is a bifunctional PEG derivative featuring ortho-pyridyl disulfide (OPSS) groups at both ends. These groups form disulfide bonds with thiol-containing molecules, enabling reversible conjugation and redox-responsive drug delivery applications. The OPSS moiety is particularly useful for thiol-mediated crosslinking in protein conjugation, nanoparticle stabilization, and hydrogel formation.
